GlamSchool's Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to GlamSchool's workshops and courses, applied for and consented to by the parent and guardian. Changes to these terms and conditions require the written consent of GlamSchool.

1. Confirmation of workshop/course attendance
   Details of workshops and courses to which a student has been accepted will be sent by post or email once payment has been received.
2. Methods of payment
   Credit card payment via PayPal
   Cheques (14 days must be allowed for clearance of cheques sent through the post).
3. Cancellation by parent/legal guardian on behalf of student
   Cancellations made more than 4 weeks prior to the commencement date of the workshop or course applied for will be refunded 70% of the total fee. Cancellations made 2 weeks prior to the commencement of the workshop or course applied for will be refunded 50% of the total fee, unless the place is filled, in which case 70% of the entire fee will be refunded. Cancellations made less than 2 weeks prior to the commencement date of the workshop or course applied for will forfeit the entire fee unless the place is filled, in which case 70% of the total fee will be refunded. It is recommended that cancellation insurance is taken out.
4. Cancellation by GlamSchool
   Whilst every effort is made to ensure workshops and courses run as scheduled, we do reserve the right to modify or cancel a course at any time. In the event of a cancellation of a workshop or course a full refund would be given, or transference to another workshop or course.
5. General

1. GlamSchool reserves the right to exclude students from workshops and courses at it's discretion.
2. GlamSchool reserves the right to make changes to the curriculum, timetables and teaching staff.
3. Students participate at their own risk and are obliged to inform GlamSchool and it's staff of any medical conditions.
4. GlamSchool accepts no liability for lost or damaged belongings of students.
5. The liability of GlamSchool and that of it's staff is restricted to workshop and course time only and then only to gross negligence.
6. Any students who wish to leave the premises during workshop or course hours must have prior written consent from their parent or legal guardian. If consent is given by the student's parent or legal guardian GlamSchool accepts no liability for that student whilst they are off premises.
7. Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the timelesness of the information given  at our workshops and courses. Nor do we intend to reflect all cultural, religious or personal ideas and beliefs in the subjects covered.
